August 2024 was hot and dry. Beaver Water District set 2 new records! On August 7th, the District sold 104.463 MGD (million gallons per day) of clean safe drinking water to the four customer cities. Water sales continue to grow year over year, making August of 2024 the highest amount of water the District has ever sold in one month. The new record monthly sales number is now 2.93 billion gallons sold.
